Shipping & Delivery
Every Ruthef mattress is dispatched with the same care with which it was built. Delivery is fully insured, room-of-choice, and handled by a two-person white-glove team who unwrap, position, and take away the packaging.
Delivery time
7 to 11 days
depending on your address
Once your mattress is finished and inspected, we confirm the delivery slot and provide tracking details. Most domestic and international deliveries fall within this window, with rural or restricted addresses occasionally taking the full 11 days.
Complimentary delivery
We do not charge for delivery. Insurance, signature confirmation, room-of-choice installation and packaging removal are all included.
Discreet handling
Vehicles are unmarked. Mattresses arrive protected in cotton wadding within a breathable travel cover.
Tracking
A secure tracking link is sent by email once your mattress enters the courier network.
